Every crewneck begins with a Gildan 18000 blank tube-knit sweatshirt manufactured in Nicaragua. The 50/50 cotton-poly blend weighs 8.0 oz/yd² and features a ribbed collar with double-needle stitching for reliable daily wear. I apply the main graphic using direct-to-garment ink technology to keep the typography sharp, then finish each piece with DTF printing on the inner neck label and wrist. This small-batch approach means minimal waste and a consistent, lasting print.
