After finalizing the neon-green and purple bat graphic, I printed the artwork directly onto comfortable 100% ring-spun US cotton blanks. Once sewn, each shirt drops into a targeted dye bath. This finishing step relaxes the 6.1 oz heavyweight knit, neutralizes factory stiffness, and bonds a consistent vintage wash throughout the tubular body.

The relaxed cut drapes cleanly over thermal bases or long-sleeve undershirts, while double-needle shoulder and hem stitching prevents bagging through repeated wear.
